May PAC Meeting Changed
Hello Everyone,
This letter is going out hopefully in time to allow people to change plans if an were made. Due to personal time constraints, I have to reschedule our parent advisory council meeting to THURSDAY, MAY 6 at 3:45 pm. I am sorry for the short notice. Please feel free to contact me or Isabelle at 780-682-2217 if there are concerns you want voiced in case you cannot make it to the new time.
I will take this time to thank everyone whom has put in their criminal record checks, with these checks in feel free to join in the year end trip if there are brothers and sisters that may want to come. We have reached our minimum number of volunteers for the trip but more are welcome for swimming, lunch, and good times. Thank You,

Track Meet
May 28
We will be running a BBQ lunch for all the kids and parents who attend as we always do. This year there will be the traditional hot dogs, hamburgers, fruit by the piece, and other healthy choices for the athletes. We will need 6 volunteers total and so far we already have 5, so thanks to all the volunteers so far.
Year End School Trip
June 17
We have again booked the Tri-Leisure Center Pool in Spruce Grove for the whole school, then a Boston Pizza party has been arranged for afterwards.
VERY IMPORTANT!
We will need a minimum of 10 chaperones to keep a watchful eye on the under eight years olds, there is a sign up sheet in the office or call any of the parent council members and we will add your name to the list.
The great news is that all brothers and sisters are welcome.
There is no charge for this event - thanks to the generous donations from the community, hard working volunteers and the school faculty. Thanks again to everyone for making this trip possible.
